Open the dashboard
Otwórz link w przeglądarce. Przy pierwszym użyciu wpisz swoje imię i kliknij "Zapisz". Dashboard zapamiętuje Twoje imię na stałe.
Open the link in your browser. On first use, enter your name and click "Save". The dashboard remembers your name permanently.
Top bar: your name (left), language toggle PL/EN (right)
Summary cards: orders waiting, in progress, done today, total products to pack
Search field: type an order number (#1345) or customer name to find an order quickly
Filters: click a chip to show only those order types

Dashboard ma kilka zakładek. Codzienna praca odbywa się w zakładce "Wszystkie".
The dashboard has several tabs. Daily work happens in the "All" tab.

Recognize delivery type
What goes in each bundle
Gdy klient zamówi zestaw, dashboard rozbija go na pojedyncze produkty. Każdy produkt pojawia się osobno na liście pakowania z osobnym ptaszkiem. Nie musisz pamiętać składu.
When a customer orders a bundle, the dashboard breaks it into individual products. Each one appears separately in the packing list with its own checkbox. You don't need to memorize contents.

Pick and pack products
Bierz produkt z półki, wkładaj do paczki, klikaj ptaszek. Każda sztuka ma osobny ptaszek. Jeśli klient zamówił 3 worki, to są 3 osobne ptaszki, nie 1. Nic nie zostanie pominięte.
Take the product from the shelf, put it in the box, click the checkbox. Every single unit has its own checkbox. If the customer ordered 3 bags, there are 3 separate checkboxes, not 1. Nothing gets missed.
Generate Apaczka shipping label
Po spakowaniu produktów wygeneruj etykietę wysyłkową. Nie musisz nic wpisywać. Adres, telefon, numer paczkomatu, waga, wymiary paczki. Wszystko wypełnia się automatycznie z zamówienia. System automatycznie wybiera usługę (Paczkomat dla zamówień do paczkomatu, Kurier dla zamówień na adres). Ceny wyświetlają się obok każdej usługi.
After packing, generate a shipping label. You don't need to type anything. Address, phone, locker number, weight, dimensions. Everything auto-fills from the order. The system auto-selects the service (Paczkomat for locker orders, Kurier for home delivery). Prices show next to each service.

You can change the service from the dropdown (DPD, DHL, UPS, GLS, etc.)
Click "Download label" to get the PDF. Print and stick on the package.
Fulfill the order
Gdy wszystko spakowane i etykieta gotowa, kliknij zielony przycisk "Zrealizuj". Zamówienie przechodzi do zakładki "Zrealizowane". Shopify aktualizuje się automatycznie. Klient dostaje powiadomienie z numerem śledzenia.
When everything is packed and label is ready, click the green "Fulfill" button. The order moves to the "Done" tab. Shopify updates automatically. The customer gets a notification with the tracking number.

The order becomes semi-transparent with a green border. Moves to the "Done" tab.
Notes
Każde zamówienie ma pole notatki. Sho może Ci napisać wiadomość. Ty możesz napisać do Sho. Notatki zapisują się automatycznie po wpisaniu. Nie musisz klikać "Zapisz".
Every order has a notes field. Sho can write you a message. You can write to Sho. Notes save automatically as you type. No need to click "Save".
Yellow box = message from Sho. Always read before packing.
You can also type your own note, e.g. a question about the order or info about an issue.
3PL mistakes
Jeśli coś zostało pominięte przy poprzedniej wysyłce, zamówienie pojawi się z czerwoną ramką i etykietą "BŁĄD 3PL". Te przesyłki należy wysłać na własny koszt 3PL.
If something was missed in a previous shipment, the order appears with a red border and "3PL ERROR" badge. These shipments must be sent at the 3PL's own cost.
Jeśli już zrealizowałeś przesyłkę z własnego konta kurierskiego, po prostu oznacz zamówienie jako zrobione na dashboardzie. Wpisz numer śledzenia w pole "Tracking" i kliknij "Zrealizuj". Dashboard nie jest w stanie potwierdzić wysyłki z zewnętrznego konta, więc musisz to zamknąć ręcznie.
If you already shipped this from your own courier account, just mark it as done on the dashboard. Enter the tracking number in the "Tracking" field and click "Fulfill". The dashboard can't confirm shipments from external accounts, so you need to close it manually.
